AGREEMENT:
All invoices are to be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Invoices paid after 30 days will be subject to a 1.5% Finance Charge.
Any claims arising from invoices must be made within 7 working days of receipt of invoice.
By submitting this application, you authorize StoneWorks LLC to make inquiries into the banking and business/trade references that you have supplied.
By submitting this account credit application, you are digitially signing this application as an authorized officer of the company, or the sole proprietor. In signing this application, you hereby agree to pay your account according to the terms on each invoice. If collection actions are necessary any and all fees, including attorney and court costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
